All content on this website — including text, headings, product descriptions, photographs, illustrations, vector artwork, page layouts, the arrangement and selection of content, source code, stylesheets and scripts — is the property of ASPIRE STUDIOS LTD or its licensors, and is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
The name "Mapmakers Opera", the Mapmakers Opera device mark, our product range names and the design of our table rails, inlays and chip moulds are proprietary. Registered and unregistered design rights subsist in a number of our products.

6. Accuracy of information and disclaimers
We take reasonable care to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and current at the time of publication. However:
- Timber is a natural material; colour, figure and grain vary between boards and photographs are illustrative rather than a precise representation of the item you will receive.

Consumers in the United Kingdom have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 that are not affected by our Terms and Conditions. Guidance on these rights is available from Citizens Advice. Consumers may also raise concerns with their local Trading Standards service.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure, the parties may agree to refer it to mediation or to a certified alternative dispute resolution body before commencing proceedings. Nothing in this paragraph obliges either party to accept ADR, and nothing prevents either party from bringing court proceedings.

This website, its contents and this Legal Information page are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website, except that a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom may bring proceedings in the courts of their own jurisdiction, and that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent court.
The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to this Legal Information page. If any provision is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
